4/3 - Locked-in our final selections
4/19 - Building permit approved
May 2012
5/7 - Pre-construction meeting
5/10 - Broke ground & poured footers
5/11 - Poured basement walls
5/15 - Waterproofed foundation
5/21-5/25 - Underground plumbing installed and framing delivered
June 2012
6/6 - Sump Pump Installed & Plumbing Inspection passed
6/9 - Framing began
6/13 - First floor framed
6/18 - Second floor framed
6/20 - Roof trusses
6/24 - Roof finished and most of the windows installed
6/25 - Plumbing began, shingles installed, and rest of windows installed
- Locked in interest rate at 3.25% by paying .625 points with a VA Loan
6/27 - Concrete poured in garage and basement
6/28 - Basement gets framed
July 2012
7/2 - Electrician installation
7/3 - Guardian installation
7/7 - Insulation installed
7/9 - Pre-drywall meeting
- Brick started getting installed
- Garage door installed
7/10 - Drywall begins
August 2012
8/6 - Final Walk-Through 12:00pm
- Closing 2:30pm
8/7 - We got the keys!
